Abstract:

In recent years, distribution system of goods and services specifically in domestic Chain stores lack efficiency and effectiveness according to a developing economy and urban life. One of the best strategies to improve the Chain store's performance is Supply Chain management (SCM). So this study tries to extend previous SCM approach by presenting a new framework.Relevant researches in this field; emphasized that new dimensions such as Supply Chain institualization and integration, leadership, culture of competitiveness and knowledge acquisition besides of conventional aspect(such as processes, financial, etc)have positive impact in Supply Chain performance. In other words this framework contain following steps. First we develop the new approach to calculate the weights of criterion of the SCM excellence model, then, we evaluate the casual relationship between these criterions. Finally we synthesize above mentioned steps to achieve Supply Chain Critical Path Excellence (SCCPE).

Abstract:

Expansive economic, production and commercial development today has made businesses and enterprises to have active presence and contribution in network-based and Chain economy. Although focusing on this approach has brought some privileges and productivities for the firms which are members of networks and Supply Chains, it has been accompanied by various problems and complexities for financial crisis management, cash flow and flow capital amount of the foundations and their commercial partners. To overcome such problem, besides developing the concepts of Supply Chain management and logistics, Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) was also promoted to minimize inefficiencies of financial flow in Supply Chain using financial, engineering and management approaches, and to provide an effective management ground for cash inventory and flow capital all throughout the Supply Chain by making use of various tools and techniques of Supply Chain finance and/or SCF.Thus, regarding the significance of financial flow management in the Chain and benefitting the principles and fundamentals of research by fact finding and case study, it was tried to present a framework to make use of financial flow management and its principles and fundamentals effectively by reviewing evidences as well as applicable experiences in this area. The present paper emphasized that as logistic services providers are responsible in Supply Chains to improve inventory level; financial services providers also have the same role concerning liquidity level in the Chains.

Abstract:

The main aim of this paper is to provide a model for Supply Chain design of decorative stones in competitive conditions by taking into account the risk of the disruption. The main tools used in this study are mathematical programming and game theory which Stackelberg game is often used for competitive modeling. The aim of the proposed model is to consider potential risks of disruption and competitive situation in the market. Also, due to the problem situation, we use meta-heuristic methods like particle swarm optimization and biogeography based optimization for solving and verification of the model. The results show that the occurrence of disruption affects in location decisions of production and distribution centers, price of products and profit of Chain components.

Abstract:

Closing the Supply Chain loop at the end of a product’ s life cycle is gaining popularity among researchers and practitioners Due to its paramount influence on social and environmental issues. With the continuous adaption of the closed loop Supply Chain ((CLSC)) a means of saving natural resources (energy, material, etc. ) and reducing production costs. This paper proposes a structured framework using Delphi and fuzzy TOPSIS approaches for identifying and assessing major Bangladeshi automotive industry (CLSC) barriers. Through a literature review and extracting opinions from experts, a total of five major barriers and 16 sub-barriers were identified and evaluated via fuzzy TOPSIS. The results revealed that economic barriers were dominant for (CLSC) implementation in the existing Supply Chain followed by information-related barriers. This research may be a guideline to manufacturers when formulating strategic decisions and organizational visions for (CLSC) implementation.

Abstract:

Introduction: Hospitals, as an important unit in the modern treatment system, using various sources, are responsible for providing, maintaining and promoting health for individuals in the community. In order to perform this important service, it is necessary to meet their needs properly. This study was conducted to design a model of factors affecting hospital services Supply Chain. Materials and Methods: This is a combined (qualitative-quantitative) research in which the opinions of fifteen experts about the hospital Supply Chain from six provinces of the country were used. After conducting a semi-structured interview, their opinions were collected until saturation and then analyzed. The framework analysis approach was used to determine the effective factors. Using Delphi method, the level of agreement of experts was evaluated. Results: After analysis and coding, finally seven main topics including financial resources, human resources, technologies, induced demand, management, Supply and distribution, and construction and equipment were identified. Meanwhile, management (mean4/42±, 0/46 and mean rank5/56) was identified as the most important factor. Conclusion: Although financial or human resources and other factors inside or outside the organization affect the hospital services Supply Chain, but investing to improve management prevents or reduces the impact of many challenges.

Abstract:

Currently there is competition between Supply Chains. In modern business environments, an effective Supply Chain management (SCM) is crucial to business continuity. Competition between Supply Chains (SC) has replaced the traditional competition between companies. Lean, Agile, Resilient and Green (LARG) paradigms are advocated as the foundation of a competitive SCM. Nowadays, companies review trade samples and process of Supply Chain inevitably by using improving new techniques because of rapid environmental change. For this purpose, Larg Supply Chain management is a comprehensive approach to combining lean, agile, resilient and green strategies. Management of Supply Chain tries to apply lean, agile, resilience, green and in Supply Chain management in space of management of Supply Chain by use of the approach in order to benefit advantages of each of them and cover their deficiencies simultaneously. In this paper, we will examine the Larg Supply Chain management models that are composed of lean, agile, resilient and green Supply Chain paradigms. The results show that these models have a significant impact on Supply Chain performance and gain competitive advantage.

Abstract:

With increasing environmental pollution in recent years, researchers have focused on designing a closed loop Supply Chain network with consideration of environmental issues. In this research an uncertain bi-objective, multi-period, multi-product and multi-level Closed-loop Supply Chain network is presented. Uncertainty in demand, transportation costs are considered and to counteract this uncertainty the robust optimization approach is used. The proposed Supply Chain network consists of four levels of forward Supply Chain and four levels of reverse Chain. The proposed model is a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model with the aim maximizing profit and minimizing generated pollution by transportation of products, and operational centers. The proposed model is solved by lingo software, so that the multi-objective model has been handled by utility based goal programming method. Finally, the results are analyzed and the comparison of different scenarios indicates that the objective function has strongly shown the uncertainty parameters and the effect of uncertainty in the parameters simultaneously. Therefore, network modeling based on different scenarios can be a good tool for deciding on confrontation with uncertain and ambiguous parameters.
